PlanVirginia is coming soon!

On January 16 the CPEAV Board of Directors approved PlanVirginia as our new Trade Name. We will continue to maintain our corporate identity as Citizens Planning Education Association of Virginia, Inc., but will begin use of PlanVirginia immediately as we phase out our references to CPEAV. We will keep everyone posted and up to date concerning our new website -- planvirginia.com -- which we hope to have up and on line at the earliest possible time. Please let the Exec Director know what suggestions you may wish to offer for features and information you would like to have posted on line. We have plans to add much on-line content to provide greater day to day assistance to our members. So, if you have suggestions or would like to express constructive criticisms, please let us know.

The 2009 Annual Commonwealth Land Use and Zoning Conference!

WHEN and WHERE?
The Conference will be held October 11-13 at a location yet to be announced. CPEAV is actively investigating several appropriate sites and negotiating with hotel operators. It is expected that CPEAV will be able to successfully negotiate with a facility in mid-Virginia that will not only be a new community to host our Annual Conference, but one which is exciting and offers many opportunities for very informative tours to view first hand the results of an excellent planning program and broad community support.

We will announce the site as soon as negotiations and arrangements are complete. We believe everyone will be very pleased with the location and the opportunity to visit and view the planning program of a community CPEAV has never taken the opportunity to visit!

A REGISTRATION FORM

A Registration Form will be available as soon as arrangements are completed. In the meantime mark your calendar.
