The Virginia Certified
Boards of Zoning Appeals Program #26

The 2008 Training Calendar features the Virginia Certified Boards of Zoning Appeals Course 26. The course will begin on March 31-April 1 at the Richmond Marriott West Hotel. The closing session will be held on June 9 in Charlottesville at a location to be announced. The cost of this Course is $450 on or before March 19 after which it will increase to $500. The Registration Fee includes all educational materials, books, most meals and all networking coffee breaks during the beginning and closing classroom sessions. Attendees will be responsible for making and guaranteeing their own lodging accommodations for March 30 and/or March 31. A block of rooms has been reserved at the Richmond Marriott West for attendees at the special rate of $102 single or double. Please telephone the hotel at 804-965-9500 no later than March 10 and be sure to state you are attending the CPEAV BZA Program to get the special $102 rate.

Staff members serving boards of zoning appeals and elected officials are welcomed and encouraged to attend this program. It will provide them an invaluable foundation of general knowledge on which to build and improve their skills. They will not only be more knowledgeable about what their board of zoning appeals does, but what, why and how it must discharge its responsibilities.

If you are interested in attending this course, mark you calendar today. Then, download a Registration Form. Complete Registration forms and payment must be received on or before March 19 after which the cost will increase.  Early registration is urged as the class size is limited and classes fill rapidly. See the Registration form for additional details.

CPEAV can be reached by phone at 804-270-0532 in the Richmond calling region or at 1-888-827-2482 outside of the Richmond area. Both are voice mail and fax numbers. We can also be reached by
